    This place was awesome for a desert getaway. We did a guys trip for my 34th birthday and the space was perfect. The host was great, the surrounding area let us mess around and have fun. Fully Recommend a stay here for whatever reason the desert brings you out

    We stayed in the Big House for a weekend getaway with friends. The property is beautiful and vast with ALPACAS. Plenty to explore and the sunsets are wild. The house was the perfect vibe for our little escape and everyone seemed to sleep comfortably. Definitely looking to return the next time I'm in Joshua Tree.

    First of all, the place is amazing. It was so fun to be in the Western town, and the Alpacas were a great touch. We loved the hot tub under the stars and reading in the backyard in the late afternoon.

The property has so many interesting things to do. We enjoyed an outdoor campfire and saw the stars at night. The old time western theme was really fun.

  • Rates vary by season, group size, and length of stay. Please contact us with your specific dates and requirements for a personalized quote. We can accommodate many budgets!

  • We can comfortably sleep 16 guests with single beds, and 20+ across the Main House, Cabin, and Yurt (optional glamping option). This flexible arrangement works well for various group sizes and retreat formats.

  • Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early setup may be possible depending on availability—please inquire when booking.

  • We have a lot of space and privacy for noise and music! Outdoor music must end by 11:00 PM out of respect for neighbors. After 10:00 PM, music can continue indoors at reasonable volumes.

  • Your rental includes access to all gathering spaces, hot tub, ice bath, high-speed Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchens, fresh linens, and ample parking. On-site support and planning is also available.

  • Children and pets are welcome! Animals must be approved first as we have alpacas on site.

  • We require a 20% deposit to secure your booking. Depending on timing, deposits are non-refundable, and we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your protection.

  • We're located in Yucca Valley, up on the “mesa”, approximately 20 minutes from Joshua Tree National Park and 45 minutes from Palm Springs International Airport.
